Everyone starts a new year with big ambition yeah? Goals, ideas, passions – a drive for something that’ll change your life, but also be sustainable.

In truth, I left 2018 happy and fulfilled – excited for 2019, but bringing in some pretty cool things from 2018 with me.

In 2018 I discovered essential oils more and more and started utilising them in all aspects of our life. I started loving crystals and pouring over their meanings, gifting them to friends, and if you come anywhere near my street you’ll smell the ever burning incense from my hallway.

We cook nearly all of our meals from scratch, and aside from our penchant for regular wine we live a fairly sugar free and balanced life. I’ve learnt to meditate (I’m not great at it but I enjoy it), I have some exciting passion projects and we spend a lot of our time outside – the beach, the parks, nature is our thang.
